Meet Kaitlyn Steinberg

MSN, FNP-C

Kaitlyn Steinberg is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of diverse clinical experience. She created Vitality Family Medical & Wellness to bring a more patient-centered, affordable, and relationship-driven approach to healthcare in her community.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her background spans Primary Care, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac Intensive Care, Aesthetic Medicine, and more, making her uniquely qualified to provide full-scope family care.

Her passion lies in building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel empowered in their health journey. Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys time with her family and friends, traveling, staying active, and cheering on her kids at sporting events.
